Mike BowowskiMike Bow-Wow-Ski Here: Man, I am really glad I was born a dog. The neighborhood is really quiet after the children went back to school the other day. They were running around making noises and never seemed to stop moving; it reminded me of when I was a pup.

They've been herded into rectangular spaces, to learn who knows what? It is a shame they spend so much of their time in school. God created us "dog smart" and that is all you really need for life. We have innate abilities that give us the knowledge on how to survive in the world, without spending days, weeks, and years in rectangular spaces.

Big dogs really do not have much to teach the young dogs since we all posses this innate ability thing. We know how to survive with a lot less structure than the younger two legged creatures. We know when to run, bark, sleep and eat — well mostly what to eat. There have been times when I ate something and Craig thought I was crazy for eating that, but I have only regretted it a couple of times. (What person in their right mind puts habanero on their food?!)

Two legged creatures are so enamored with the word "School;" they even send some of us to "Obedience School." From the way two legged children behave, perhaps they are the ones that should be sent to this "Obedience School," instead of the one with all those rectangular spaces. You can put choke collars on them and see if that works. Where is B. F. Skinner when you really need him?

It is really nice to be born knowledgeable, and not have to be cooped up in school, as these children are.
