Mike Bow-Wow-Ski Here:I look forward to Valentine's Day each year to see how Craig will express his love and appreciation for all I do for him during the year. One of my reoccurring dreams (yes, we do dream) is finding chocolate-covered barbecue ribs in my bowl. I am salivating just thinking about this.
I don't care if I am on a low sodium diet; I would, forgive for this phrase, wolf them down as fast as I could. Then I could savor the chocolate and barbecue sauce by licking it off my fur for the next few hours.
I just have to figure out how to drop him a hint. His lack of communication skills with canines really gets in the way some times. You would think after 13 years together, we would be able to just about finish each other's sentences. If only I had opposable thumbs, I could do the Vulcan Mind Meld and communicate telepathically him him. Boy, those primates get all the good body parts!
Oh well. I guess I should be glad I have him in my life — even if he does not realize how great chocolate covered barbecue ribs would be. If I poop in the dining room, do you think he will get the hint?
Check out more of my musings here.
